An Ambitious Roadmap for CSR, Impact 2027: our new balance

In 2023, we launched Impact 2027, our four-year CSR roadmap.

Led by our General Management and our shareholders, Impact 2027 includes ambitious commitments in all areas of our business, from people and ethics to the value chain, the environment and our support for local communities.

  • Build customer confidence through innovative, SUSTAINABLE solutions with a POSITIVE IMPACT
  • Be a RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYER
  • Incorporate CLIMATE ISSUES into all our practices and thus reduce our environmental footprint

Responsabilité sociétale et environnementale

Teams committed to protecting our environment

Carbon Audit

First Carbon Audit of the Group’s various scopes carried out in 2023 with the support of the WeCount platform, accredited by the Association Bilan Carbone (ABC) and aligned with the recommendations of the French Ministry of Ecological Transition and the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME).

Alixio Group has embarked on a low-carbon transition with the creation of a roadmap for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions across all its activities. As part of a comprehensive approach, we provide our clients and candidates with an application to measure their carbon footprint.

Ecowatt Charter

Since joining the EcoWatt charter in 2022, Alixio Group has been committed to raising awareness in its ecosystem and taking concrete action to limit energy consumption and avoid strain on the electricity grid:

  • Installation of automatic lighting solutions in common rooms and low-energy light bulbs,

  • Reduction of heating and air conditioning in our offices,

  • Raising employees’ awareness of eco-friendly practices in the workplace and when working remotely, by encouraging them to turn off unused appliances and lights, clearing out their mailboxes, keeping Cloud and network usage to a minimum, etc.

Challenge Impact

Alixio Group regularly organises in-house challenges via the OuiLive digital application, in which employees take on a range of individual and group challenges, while learning more about the themes of ecology, the climate, alternative transport, equality and inclusion, etc.

An inclusive group committed to equal opportunity

Gender equality

Because equality in the workplace is a question of social justice, but also a collective effort, Alixio Group is actively committed to gender parity on a daily basis.

Our gender equality index as at March 1, 2025, which ranges from 85 to 96 depending on the different entities, reflects our commitment to fairness in pay, raises and promotions, and we are very keen to continue improving it.

[Index calculation reference period from 1 January to 31 December 2024].

We are committed to working with like-minded players through the À Compétence Egale (Equal Skills) scheme. Since 2022, we have been an active member of the association, promoting equality and diversity in access to employment and career paths.

Professional integration

As part of our commitment to integration, we carry out initiatives to promote employment for people who have difficulty entering the job market.

We recruit long-term jobseekers, Disabled Employment Obligation beneficiaries, people from disadvantaged neighborhoods and people receiving minimum social benefits (RSA [income support], ASS [solidarity allowance], AAH [disability allowance], etc.).

Jeunes d’Avenirs Fair

Since 2013, Alixio Group teams have been working alongside AEF to prepare and run the Jeunes d’Avenirs (Youths with Futures) fairs, which guide young people aged 16 to 30, with or without qualifications, towards apprenticeships, training and/or employment.

Causes close to our heart: enriching all through our differences

Partnership with Nantenin Keïta

Since 2018, we’ve had the pleasure of supporting athlete Nantenin Keïta, Paralympic 400-meter champion, as she prepares for the Paralympic Games and the Para Athletics World Championships.

She shares the same values that make sense to us and motivate us each day: self-improvement, dedication and community-mindedness.

Our partnership is above all a human success story; Nantenin is a bright and extraordinary individual, and supporting her was a cause close to our heart.

Emeraude Voile Solidaire sponsorship

Alixio Group provides financial support for “Emeraude Voile Solidaire“, an association which organises sailing trips for people who are vulnerable, suffering from illness or have a disability of any kind, or who are socially excluded or living in poverty.

Ocean as Common sponsorship

Alixio Group is a financial sponsor of “Ocean as Common” Océan Bien Commun de l’Humanité, an association committed to protecting the ocean.

Support for Graines de pilotes

As part of our partnership with Panthéon-Assas University and its students, Alixio Group was pleased to support the Graines de pilotes event, organized by the associations “Les Ailes d’Assas” and “Rallye Aérien Etudiants” ; an event dedicated to children with autism spectrum disorders.

Fair Business Practices and Tax Transparency

Alixio Group is committed to combating corruption through an internal training program designed to ensure integrity and fairness in all business interactions with its partners.

Transparency, as another crucial dimension of fair business practices, is a priority for Alixio Group.

Alixio Group ensures its tax practices align with its commitment to the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior. Alixio Group ensures compliance with the regulations in force in each country in which the group operates and that it files all tax returns and pays all taxes due within the deadlines.

The group is committed to complying with both the spirit and the letter of tax laws in all countries in which it operates, ensuring that value creation is not transferred to low tax jurisdictions. Tax structures are driven by genuine business purposes, adhering to the arm’s length principle for transfer pricing.

Secrecy jurisdictions or tax havens are avoided for tax avoidance purposes, and Alixio Group has no presence in Non-Cooperative States and Territories (NCST). The tax policy aligns with the overall business strategy and governance framework, reflecting a dedication to transparency and ethics. The group is committed to progressively implementing this approach across its acquired entities.
